Stalling Information
- Fees are $170.00 from 4/1/2022 to 9/27/2022
- Member fees are $155.00 from 4/1/2022 to 9/27/2022
- Max Stalls per show: 100
- Max Stalls per farm: 6
- Stall space is limited, and assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.
- Stall space is 12 x 12 horse panels and is assigned on a first come first serve basis. You may want to consider stall curtains if you have an alpaca that is an escape artist.
- Capacity: Each alpaca stall is limited to 5 adult or yearling alpacas, OR 7 juveniles
- Only AOA registered alpacas will be allowed into the hall.
- Female alpacas with cria less than 6 months old at their side are not allowed.
- Space sharing: Ranches may request to have their stalls located near someone else's, and we will make every effort to assign placements accordingly, but we cannot absolutely guarantee placement. Please be aware that placements will be made in the order in which they are received, and will be placed relative to the date the last farm's reservations are received. Please indicate on your stall reservation form which farm(s) you would like to be near, making sure that all farms involved do the same. Transferring of spaces to other exhibitors is strictly prohibited.
- Bedding: absorbent bedding will not be provided in each animal stall. The Grant County Fairgrounds has a dirt floor. We strongly encourage you to use stall mats. If you choose to add bedding over the stall mats, please remove all debris when departing to avoid an additional clean up fee of $50.00 per stall. If you would like to pre-pay to have the stall cleaned by the maintenance staff, the fee is $35.00
- Farm / Ranch display booths No selling of alpaca products or products of any kind will be permitted from farm display booths. Failure to comply will result in a vendor stall charge of $150 to be added to your account. In all fairness to our vendors it is important that our show participants not compete with their booths. Your stalls and farm displays are not intended for resale purpose.
- All displays/exhibits/furniture must be contained within the designated stall space. Aisles must be kept clear per Fire Marshall regulations.
- Tables and chairs may be ordered separately.
- No canopies or tenting are allowed without prior Fire Marshall approval.
- No helium or lighter than air balloons are permitted in the building.
- No dogs or other pets are allowed in the building, except authorized Helper dogs.
