Vendors play a crucial role in making our show a success, and we want you to be a part of it! Our vendor spaces are highly sought after and tend to sell out fast, so don't miss out—register early to secure your spot.
How to Register: Registration for vendors is managed through the Alpacapalooza Show website at alpacareg.com. Reserve your space now to avoid disappointment!
Join the Waitlist: Once our vendor stall spaces are filled, we'll start a waitlist. If a space opens up, we'll contact you promptly to offer the opportunity to participate.
What's Included: Each vendor space is 12x12 feet and comes with one table and one chair. Need additional tables or chairs? No problem! You can rent them during the registration process.
Special Considerations for Pre-orders: Vendors offering "pre-orders" to be delivered to the show should provide those details to Sue Steensma.
Who We're Targeting: Our advertising efforts target local families interested in fiber and the lifestyle associated with these gentle, inquisitive, and lovable alpacas. We highly encourage family attendance, and there's no entry fee for guests to attend the shows.
